Andrea Ceci | Owner/Accountant
Andrea has over 20 years of bookkeeping experience, and in May 2021 graduated from UMGC with her Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Andrea has a heart for helping small businesses understand their bookkeeping and accounting. Andrea prides herself on providing reliable and dependable service and working efficiently to accomplish any client’s financial goals. Andrea enjoys teaching different crafts to the community, camping, and spending time with her family.
Connor Haines | Accountant/Bookkeeper
Connor graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He is excited to build relationships with small businesses in the community and use his education to assist them with their finances. His calm and analytical style helps take the stress out of bookkeeping and accounting.
Courtney Clopper | Bookkeeper
Courtney graduated from Hagerstown Community College with an associates degree in nursing in 2020. She decided to pause her nursing career to pursue her passion of helping small businesses in and around Williamsport, and her community. Courtney's organization, attention to detail and critical thinking skills can help relieve the tension when it comes to "keeping the books" for small business owners.
Dawn Hutzell | Bookkeeper
Dawn graduated from Hagerstown Business College in 2006 with an associates degree in accounting. She brings 17 years of experience in accounting and 7 years of experience in public accounting. Outside of work she likes spending time with her family, friends, and two cats, Lily and Otus.
Travis Ware | Accountant
Travis graduated from Shepherd University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. With 15 years customer service and 2 years accounting experience. He is excited to help small businesses and their owners feel confident, cool, and collective with their bookkeeping so they can thrive in work and life. Outside of work, Travis enjoys being a rabid sports fan, singing, and spending time with his two kids, Sebastian and Kimberly, and with his girlfriend, Savannah.
Alexis Evans | Human Resources Manager & Bookkeeper
Alexis graduated from Frostburg State University in 2020 with a bachelors in Business Administration and has over 10 years of customer service experience. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, Remy, and making memories with friends!
Jess Piper | Office Manager & Bookkeeper
Jess brings over 20 years of customer service experience, including nearly a decade in management. Her background spans both the healthcare and shipping industries, where she developed a strong foundation in organization, communication, and problem-solving. Seeking a new direction, Jess chose to transition her skills toward supporting small businesses and helping them thrive. Outside of work, Jess stays busy chauffeuring her five children to activities. She enjoys spending time with her family at the campground, taking weekend beach trips, and caring for her chickens.
Laura Long| Bookkeeper
Laura graduated from the University of Maryland Global Campus with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing in 2021. She brings nearly 20 years of customer service experience and two years of accounting experience, with a passion for helping small business owners grow—without the stress of managing their bookkeeping. Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Jordan, and their daughter, Gemma, making lasting memories together.
Tesha Saville| Administrative Assistant & Bookkeeper
Tesha brings over 15 years of experience managing the finances for her and her husband’s small businesses. She has experience with QuickBooks Online and is detail-oriented and highly organized. When she’s not working, you’ll usually find her spending time with her husband, JR, and their two boys, Virgil and Michael—or enjoying car shows, camping, and traveling.
