Every client has a different process and we will develop a process that works best for the both of us. 

How do you get me my financial info?

We can have weekly or monthly meetings to discuss the financial info. We can email it or share the file via a secured link. 

How do our clients know what they can budget for?

We discuss your needs to develop a plan on the amount of hours you want us to work. 

How often should I be hearing from you in a month? What kind of communication do you typically use?

You can hear from us as often as you would like. We communicate via in person, email, and phone. 

What accounting platform do you use?

We use QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks online. 

What is your hourly or package price? When and how will I pay for your services?

The hourly rate depends on the quantity of work that is needed. We bill on the 1st and the 15th of every month.
